Q: Is it safe to use this electric pump to transfer gas? Could it cause a fire?

A: This pump is powered by batteries, does not generate sparks, and will not heat up to the point of causing a fire. Compared to other pumps on the market powered by 12V, 24V, 120V or 220V, it is extremely safe. 

However, please avoid using it in enclosed spaces! And before using it, ensure to eliminate static electricity from your body.

 

Q: What type of battery needed?

A: AA batteries x 4. Rechargeable or non-rechargeable.

 

Q: Can we just leave this pump on the gas can?

A: Not recommended. This pump doesn't seal the gas can, so the gas could be evaporated.

 

Q: What liquid can be transferred?

A: Most light weight fuel and non corrosive liquid. But not for potable water!

 

Q: My pump doesn't work.

A: 1st, please check your battery. 2nd, please don't use it in direct sunlight, the infrared light in sunlight could deactivate the sensor to stop pump working. 3rd, please make sure no fluids or foreign objects remain on the sensor.4th, contact with us for help.

 

Q: What's the warranty?

A: We offer one year limited warranty to original purchaser.
