Troubleshooting
Failure 1: Pump doesn't operate even after pressing ON.
Cause | Solution |
Batteries were placed in wrong direction.

Foreign objects or liquids remaining on level sensor.

Clean the level sensor. |
Failure 2: After pressing ON, pump works but stops soon.
Cause | Solution |

|
Direct sunlight activates level sensor by mistake.
|
Do not use the pump in direct sunlight.
|
Failure 3: Pump stops before receiving tank is full.
Cause | Solution |
Batteries are depleted. | Replace the batteries. |
Level sensor is too low and is touching the liquid.

Adjust the discharge nozzle to proper height.
|
Failure 4: Make noise when working.
Cause | Solution |
Pump impeller falls off.
|
Pinch the motor cover to remove it, fix the impeller and restore the cover. |
Failure 5: Pump is working but unable to transfer liquid.
Cause | Solution |
Too many air in the hose to prevent the pump from working.
|
Insert the intake hose into liquid firstly, then press ON, not the opposite order. |
Failure 6: Pump works great last time, but won't work after being stored for a long time(more than 1 month).
Cause | Solution |
Batteries are depleted. | Replace the batteries. |
Pump impeller get stuck. | Rotate the impeller manually. |
