Shipping policy

We need 48 hours to process your order(s). We are closed for weekends and public holidays.

The default express carriers are Yanwen and Yuntu, and transfer time would be 7-15 days for most countries.

We will take in charge of the import procedures and paying import duty for most orders. If the customs requires extra info or docs, the buyer shall cooperate and offer such info and docs, if the buyer refuse to do that, will result in the failure of delivery and we will not take any responsibilities, we will also not refund the order.

You can choose your favorite carrier but extra shipping freight may be charged, and may failed to make customs clearance, we will not take any responsibilities, and we will not refund the order.
